Information for exhibitors

Registration as “exhibitor” includes all of the following options:

  • Your company logo an the workshop webpage
    Please send us a graphics file with your logo by email. Any common format will be accepted.

  • Personal download area
    We will create individual folders for each company in the workshop download portal, in which product brochures and presentation videos may be uploaded. Companies will have full access (upload, modify, delete) to their folder through a simple and secure web interface. All content in workshop download portal is accessible to the participants only (password protected) and will be removed automatically one week after the end of the workshop.

  • Individual Breakout Room
    The workshop will be realised as a Zoom Meeting. Individual breakout rooms for exhibitors will be available throughout the whole meeting. Exhibitors define their own time slots during which their virtual booth may be visited and these 'regular opening hours' will be published on the workshop webpage.

  • Technical checkup
    The organising committee is available for technical support and for individual checkup sessions before the beginning of the workshop.
