The Institute for Business Law organises an annual international colloquium on fundamental questions of intellectual property law in the light of the digital challenge. So far, German participants have been joined by colleagues from the Czech Republic, Hungary, Austria and the Netherlands. The events are part of a series that began in spring 2010 with regular invitations from foreign academics on current issues of information law and intellectual property law.
The 8th Göttingen International Research Forum on Law and ICT/IP will take place on 18th and 19th of October 2024 in the rooms of the historic observatory in Göttingen. PhD students, postdocs and young researchers from all over Europe are invited to participate as speakers. We are able to provide free accommodation and a contribution to your travel expenses. For more information on how to participate, please see our Call for Papers.
We expect to make the final conference programme available here in mid-September. Until then, you can find the approximate schedule in the programmes from previous years.
All interested professors, staff and doctoral students are cordially invited to take part in the conference. Participation is free of charge. Please register in advance by sending the enclosed registration form to lehrstuhl.wiebe@jura.uni-goettingen.de.
