Call for Papers
CGSW33 will feature a two-day general workshop on 27 and 28 September. We invite abstracts for thirty-minute talks (followed by ten minutes of discussion) on any aspect of comparative Germanic syntax, including microvariation, diachronic syntax and the interface between syntax and other components of the grammar.
Abstracts should not exceed two pages (A4 or letter size), with 2.5cm margins on all sides and a font size of 12pt. This includes data, references and diagrams. Linguistic examples must be interspersed throughout the text.
Each author may submit no more than one single-authored and one co-authored abstract, or two co-authored ones.
Abstracts must be anonymous and prospective presenters should submit their abstract through easychair.
The deadline for submission is April 15, 2018 (midnight CEST/6 pm US Eastern time). Notification of acceptance will be sent June 1, 2018.
