Clarissa E. Weber, Christian Kortkamp, Indre Maurer and Eva Hummers publish new study in Organization Studies (VHB-Jourqual: A)

In a new publication in the journal Organization Studies, Clarissa E. Weber, Christian Kortkamp, Indre Maurer, and Eva Hummers examine micro-strategies in the face of conflicting interests in interprofessional collaboration. Based on extensive qualitative data on the collaboration of general practitioners and nurses, the authors develop a framework of these micro-strategies, illuminate their interaction, and theorize the importance of different forms of power and trust for the application of certain strategies.
