Our annual newsletter is usually published in May and informs about recent developments, scientific achievements, new and leaving faculty and students, graduations, and events on the Göttingen Campus related to the Neurosciences Program. It features numerous contributions by our alumni, mainly as personal reports about their career development.

The Video-Podcast "Neuroscience and Beyond" was created by PhD students who share a passion about neuroscience and science communication and is supported by the IMPRS Neurosciences. It features interviews with various neuroscientists talking about their research and life in academia. Newsletter
Podcast "Neuroscience and Beyond"
The interviews begin with an introduction of the scientist and the road that took them to where they are now, with all the struggles and joys along the way. With the aim to bring neuroscience closer to the general public and thus make the latest scientific discoveries and the knowledge derived from them understandable and accessible for everybody, interview partners are asked to break down their research in simple terms before diving deeper into the research topic towards the end of the interview. In addition, current problems in science and their possible solutions are discussed.
Yearbooks
Until 2021, our program published a yearbook every winter semester featuring the new master's students and faculty members of each year. We decided to discontinue the series of yearbooks because this information is available on our website and our newcomers are also featured in our annual newsletter.
