Learning outcomes:
After successfully completing this course, the students are familiar with the valuation of business entities depending on purpose and reason. The students should obtain knowledge of capital market-oriented Business Valuation and basics in capital market theory. The students should be able to design and perform a business valuation without personal taxes.
