Learning outcomes
After successfully completing this course, the students know the concept, structure and application of important control instruments which have a special influence on the behavior of stakeholders. The students achieve a deeper knowledge of how control instruments should be developed in order to adjust the behavior of all stakeholders towards corporate goals.
