Tobias Blay, research associate and doctoral student at the Chair of Human Resource Management and Asian Business (Prof. Dr. Dr. Fabian Froese), stayed as a Visiting Fellow at the Cornell University, ILR School (USA) from January to March 2023.

As an elite university and member of the Ivy League, Cornell University is one of the most prestigious research institutions in the world and a leader in the field of human resource management.

During his stay, Tobias Blay worked together with his faculty sponsor Prof. Bradford Bell on joint projects on topics related to virtual work (future of work) and additionally exchanged ideas with other leading scholars on current trends in management research.
