Erasmus+ Biology - At Partner University and after your stay

Before you leave your partner university

Prior to your return to Göttingen, it is important to request your Transcript of Records from the host university. We kindly ask that you promptly send us the transcript so that we can confirm your stay abroad. If any modifications have been made to your Learning Agreement during your time at the partner university, we kindly request that you provide us with an revised version, if you have not already done so.

After the mobility - Important documents

After you stay abroad we need you to send us the following documents via email:

1. We kindly request the submission of a field report. This report should be anonymized and should include any information that you would like to share with future exchange students. Please note that the field report will be published on the website.
2. Additionally, we require the Transcript of Records from the host university. Please send us a copy of your official academic transcript, which includes all the courses and grades you have completed during your exchange programme.

Please ensure that the documents are sent to us via email as soon as possible after you stay abroad.

Recognition of courses from your partner university

All courses listed in your transcript will be recognised as "Additional modules" in FlexNow. For recognition in the curriculum of your study programme please get in contact with your study programme coordinator of the Office of Studies Biology.
