Steuern, Taxation und Waldbewertung (M.Sc.)

Description

This module, carried out in cooperation with the Faculty of Agricultural Sciences, focuses on tax and valuation issues in general and the specifics of forestry in particular. 
 
Learning objectives and skills

The course content includes: 

- Basic principles of determining individual taxes
- Practical tax issues in agriculture and forestry
- Occasions and general tasks of valuation (taxation)
- Methods of forest valuation and practical processing of valuation cases 

Competencies: Students acquire the methodological tools to solve practical tax issues and valuation tasks. They are able to identify and adequately solve the problem arising in individual cases.
