Areti-Kristin Bouras has been a researcher and lecturer at the Institute of Methods and Methodological Principles in the Social Sciences since April 2024. She previously worked as a researcher within the project "Care, Career, Corona" at the Diversity Research Institute. She completed her Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences with specializations in Educational Science, Gender Studies and Political Science as well as her Master's degree in Diversity Research in the Social Sciences in Göttingen. She also completed the certificate "Guidance and Counseling Skills" from the Zentrale Einrichtung für Sprachen und Schlüsselqualifikationen (ZESS) in May 2022. Her research focus and interests lie in the field of interpretative social research, in particular biographical research and research into gender and sexuality, especially in relation to masculinity.
