The Equal Opportunities Officer is the representative for equal opportunities policy interests of the Faculty of Humanities and contact person for

  • Quality assurance in staffing and appeal proceedings
  • Consultation on: maternity protection and parental leave, childcare, "studying with children", career re-entry, job and career planning
  • Training measures and funding opportunities/scholarships for women
  • The prevention and prosecution of sexual harassment and violence, stalking, bullying, conflict (resolution) in the workplace, etc.

Thus, the Equal Opportunities Office serves as a point of contact and consultation for all members of the Faculty of Humanities.

The counseling is of course anonymous, confidential and free. It is oriented to your concerns and your wishes. No step is taken without your approval.
