Martín Hernán Di Marco, B.A.


Martín Hernán Di Marco has a degree in Sociology from Buenos Aires University, Argentina. He is a PhD candidate in Social Sciences from Buenos Aires University (UBA) and currently has a teaching position in the Faculty of Social Sciences (UBA) and the Faculty of Law (UBA). He has been an invited as a junior researcher at Cardiff University and as a lecturer at New York University.
His research interests include violence and violent deaths, socio-cultural epidemiology, life stories and data triangulation.
His PhD project is focused on the analysis of social and institutional trajectories of men who have committed homicides in Buenos Aires Conurbation. His dissertation is being funded by the National Scientific and Technical Research Council from Argentina.
His visit to Georg-August-Universität Göttingen is supported by the Methodenzentrum Sozialwissenschaft, as well as the Faculty of Law (UBA).
