The UPAEP, Universitat Popular Autonoma del Estado de Puebla, is located in the south of Mexico in the state of Puebla. The UPAEP is a private catholic university and is located in the capital Puebla City, also called Puebla de los Angeles. The state itself is located east of the twin volcanos "Popo-catepetl" and "Iztaccihuatl". UPAEP was founded in May 1973 and offers a total of 80 different courses. For students with an economic sciences focus, the university offers a number of suitable courses within its Bachelor degree, such as:
