After the last workshop at Burg Bodenstein in 2023, the Research Training Group was going to experience something modern and new. Yes! This time it was at Hotel am Vitalpark in Heilbad Heiligenstadt between 04th to 06th March 2024. Apart from the numerous scientific discussions from ongoing research project of all BENCh students, the hotel environment gave the opportunity to explore some fun and chilling activities like swimming and sauna. It was a great honor to us to host Dr. Urs Gellrich (Justus Liebig University Gießen), Dr. Stefano Crespi (University of Uppsala), Celia Sanchez (Universidad Autónoma de Madrid) and Dr. Luming Yang (Max-Planck-Institut für Multidisziplinäre Naturwissenschaften) as guest Scientists.
