The University Staff Develpment Programme (UNISTAFF) at the Institute for Socio-cultural Studies (ISOS), University of Kassel, is providing staff training courses since 1994, which are strongly guided by the said strategic needs and objectives. These courses of 2 months duration are funded by DSE and DAAD and they particularly cater for university staff from Central America, Southeast Asia and Eastern Africa. Aiming at further developing human potentials which contribute to the sustainability of scientific and social devlopment, UNISTAFF acknowledges a deep shift of paradigms towards globalization, relevance and accountability of higher education systems.
