The Section for Tropical and Subtropical Agriculture and Forestry (SeTSAF) at the Georg-August University Goettingen together with other partners in Germany, is coordinating various specialized Networks of German Alumni in various areas. The recent initiatives in this action are

• GAFooN, German Alumni Food Network; is coordinated by the Section for Tropical and Subtropical Agriculture and Forestry (SeTSAF), Georg-August University Göttingen, Germany; under the umbrella of the Latin American-German Alumni Network (ReCALL) and the South East Asian German Alumni Network (SEAG)
• GAForN, German Forestry Alumni Network; is coordinated by SeTSAF, Georg-August University Göttingen, Germany jointly with University of Dresden, Tharandt, Germany, and is under the umbrella of SEAG
• GAInBiNet, German International Biodiversity Network.is coordinated by SeTSAF, Georg-August University Göttingen, Germany bringing all the German Alumni in the Biodiversity conservation field together from four German Alumni Networks of the CGKM-AlNet consortium
