FAQ for Creativity and Studies - COVID-19

Already funded?

Projects that involve a trip, an event, interviews, social activities with groups (especially workshops) can only take place in compliance with the measures and guidelines of the applicable hygiene rules. Therefore, not all projects will be able to receive funding, and some may need to be postponed. In any case, the schedule is to adjust and to arrange with the team of Creativity and Studies. To do this, we ask that you strictly adhere to the guidelines of the responsible local Health Office and the recommendations of the Robert Koch Institute. Your health and the safety of our fellow human beings have top priority.

In general, it is possible to cancel your project at any time - regardless of the current pandemic. If a termination is your free decision, keep in mind that in this case all funds paid so far must be returned to us. In any case, contact us and let us advise you before you make a decision: kreativitaet-im-studium@uni-goettingen.de.

Yes. If you are currently unable to continue your project as planned, please contact us and submit a new schedule or tell us the time of the resumption and we will arrange a new date for the respective report.

Due to the change in the work processes of the entire university and the associated delays in processing, priorities had to be made. We deal with all matters as quickly as possible to take care of all projects equally.
