The decentralised Equal Opportunities Officers are involved in the personnel law measures for new hires for academic staff and administrative employees.

The following list indicates what information the Equal Opportunities Officer needs in order to give final approval to a personnel law measure.

Required documents:

• signed first page of the application for the implementation of a personnel measure



• Copy of the HR department checklist and the associated documents.
  Particularly important are the applications received and the reasons for selection (points 4-8 of the checklist).



• Time limit form, if available
