Application Form for a Guest Account

External staff or guest researchers who require access to University resources can apply for a temporary guest account.

  • Approval from the appropriate chair is required to create an account.
  • The term is 1 year.
  • If the account is needed for a longer period of time, the chair's approval must be obtained again.

Special case Lecturer:

In general, lecturers do not need an account. The functions in StudIP are also available for access via external/private e-mail addresses.
