Questions and answers for study participants
From what age can I take part?
From 18 years
From eggs, milk, fruit, vegetables and meat to algae, a wide range of animal and plant products are tested in our laboratory. Exactly what is analysed depends on the project and is announced in advance.
Yes, the products are manufactured and packaged in Germany in accordance with applicable food production standards.
In general, you should not be intolerant to gluten or lactose/milk proteins. However, we will ask you again before starting a project.
- As a tasting expert, there is an expense allowance of €17 per hour.
- As a consumer, the remuneration is project-specific. This is always announced in advance
- Yes, a 5-10 minute walk from the Beyerstrasse bus stop (lines 8 and 29) (bus stop in Albrecht-Thaer-Weg)
- Yes, can be reached from the Kellnerweg bus stop (lines 5 and 5s) in 3-5 minutes (pick-up in Kellnerweg)
