Gaining knowledge through the BIP:
- Gain knowledge about the degree of expression of job-relevant characteristics and their effects in the work context.
- Improve assessment of the personality requirements of specialist and management positions and thus increase the degree of fit
- Differentiate reflective self-perception and perception by others (explore the "blind spot")
- Identify areas of development, define goals and draw up a development plan for oneself based on the personality areas
