Due to the further increasing spread of the coronavirus (Sars-CoV-2), the Office of Student Affairs will remain closed to the public from 16.03.2020.
The aim of this preventive measure is to disrupt chains of infection and slow down the spread of the virus in order to help reduce the burden on health care institutions.
Of course, the University's advisory and information services provided by the Office of Student Affairs (Registrar's Office, Central Student Advisory Service, Career Service, Representative for students with disabilities or chronic diseases) will continue to be available to assist you by e-mail or telephone.
You can reach the InfoLine at email@example.com or by telephone (Mon-Thu 9-16 h and Fri 9-13 h) at +49 (0)551 / 39-113. The staff will be happy to refer you to the appropriate office during the above-mentioned hours.
The postbox of the Office of Student Affairs is emptied twice a day.
Due to the current situation, the InfoLine will have an increased number of inquiries. We ask for your understanding and patience while we are expanding the capacities of the InfoLine.
Please also make use of the electronic application via eCampus or the possibility to submit documents by e-mail.
If you need a replacement chip card, please contact the Registrar's Office via the InfoLine.
Thank you for your understanding and stay well,
Your Office of Student Affairs
