Dr. Josef Lange

Dr. Josef Lange has been state secretary in the Lower Saxony Ministry of Science and Culture since March 2003. After more than ten years as Secretary General of the Federal Rectors´ Council (HRK), he served as State Secretary for Science in Berlin, as consultant for the Center for Development in Higher Education (CHE) in Gütersloh and headed the office coordinating departments in the Thuringa State Chancellery.
