| Details | In his talk, Professor Bradford Bel will explore current trends and key challenges in virtual work research, including hybrid work, working from home, and telecommuting, and discuss how these developments are reshaping leadership, managerial practices, and collaboration in organizations. Bradford Bell is the William J. Conaty Professor in Strategic Human Resources and Director of the Center for Advanced Human Resource Studies (CAHRS) at Cornell University. His research interests include training and development, team development and effectiveness, and virtual work. His research has appeared in a number of journals, including the Journal of Applied Psychology, Personnel Psychology, Journal of Management, and Human Resource Management. |
