WELCOME BACK NIKA!

We are delighted that our colleague Dr. Nika Meyer is back at the chair after a year of parental leave, supporting and inspiring us once again. She completed her doctorate before starting her leave and has now returned as a post-doc. During her leave, she received three awards for her research on the effects of AI-based conversational agents on customer purchasing behavior and well-being, among them the prestigious Emerald Literati Award for her highly cited paper “Trust me, I’m a bot – Repercussions of chatbot disclosure in different service frontline settings”.
